The subdivision of the splendid estate lately the occupation of Mr. Willoughby Knight, and more recently used as Chinese market garden, is now complete. The property, which consists of thirty acres, has been in the hands of the contractors, and splendid sixty-six feet roads, with footpaths and concrete water channels, have been completed, and the property is fit for immediate settlement. The owners, having secured this very eligible property very cheap in the first place, have decided to let the purchasers have the benefit of the bargain, and will sell at remarkably low price. The soil is unequalled in the Hutt Valley, and consists of rich deep loam, which will grow anything. The terms of sale are so low that everyone will be able to purchase, viz., 5 per cent, deposit, 10 per cent, in six and twelve months, balance in five years at 5 per cent interest.
