Chinese citizens' decorative triumphal arch on Manners Street, Wellington 1901

In 1901, members of the Wellington Chinese community erected a decorative triumphal arch for the visit of the Duke and Duchess of Cornwall and York in this location.[2]

Zenith Seed Company was also located in this area[3], possibly from the mid 1930s.----
